ACDX, the Advanced Crypto Derivatives Exchange, has closed a $10m round in equity and tokens. Thelead investor is VYSYN VENTURES, the names of other funds have not been disclosed. The exchange’s tokens are already traded on Uniswap.
2. UniLend| $3.1m| Woodstock Fund, Signal Ventures, 3Commas and others| seed and private round
UniLend, a permissionless DeFi platform, raised $3.1m in a seed and private round. Investors — Woodstock Fund, Signal Ventures, 3Commas, Danish Chaudhry (Bitcoin.com Exchange), Jay Putera (CryptoBriefing.com), TRG Capital, BTC12 Capital, AU21 Capital, Youbi Capital, TomoChain, Bidesk, Bibox, Tenzor Capital and Sandeep Nailwal (co-founder of Matic Network).

Compound founders (Robert Leshner) and Gauntlet (Tarun Chitra) raised $4m in DeFi Scout Fund from Galaxy Digital and Paradigm co-founder Fred Ehrsam. Everyone believes in the rapid development of DeFi in the near future.

6. Permission.io| $47m| private round
Permission.io is a platform that allows users to earn ASK tokens for viewing relevant ads and while shopping online. The project raised $47m in equity, the investor was not disclosed.
7. OpenBazaar| donation
The decentralized OpenBazaar market has received a donation from an unknown person, which will allow it to work, at least until the end of the year. The market was founded back in 2014, but has not acquired a critical number of users.
8. Bitwise Bitcoin Fund| new money
Bitwise Bitcoin Fund has grown from $4m to nearly $9m over the past year. Growth is fueled by investor fear of inflation. It should be said that this is a regulated fund that fills in documents with the SEC.

DeFi Fund ParaFi Capital raised investments from Galaxy Digital under the management of Mike Novogratz. It looks like Galaxy Digital is seeing a big DeFi trend and is diversifying its investments into DeFi specialized funds. ParaFi Capital now manages over $100m.
