Polkalokr will host an IDO at Polkastarter on April 7th. Hard cap of the round is $150k.

4. KickPAD| $3.5m| Kardia Ventures, DuckDAO and Orion Protocol| private round
Kardia Ventures, an investment arm of KardiaChain, invested in KickPAD, an IDO Launchpad platform. KickPAD is an IDO Launchpad platform built on the Binance Smart Chain that has automatic liquidity locking feature for presales. KickPAD’s smart contracts automatically add and lock liquidity after the presale is over to increase investor confidence. KickPAD has formed partnerships with DuckDAO and Orion Protocol, allowing our community to benefit from DuckDAO’s impressive community-backed digital asset incubator and Orion Protocol’s unified liquidity aggregation.
5. Solana | $40m| OKEx and MXC| strategy round
OKEx and MXC are pouring $40m into strategic investment funds to bootstrap development on the Solana network. OKEx will make its investment through its newly founded Block Dream Fund, while MXC is making its investment straight up. The exchanges will receive equity in the form of tokens for their investments.

NAOS Finance, a technology company that has originated more than $250 million in crypto assets backed by real-world debt, announced today that it has raised a seed funding round to accelerate its efforts to bridge the worlds of traditional finance and crypto. The round saw participation from Mechanism Capital, The Spartan Group, SNZ, among others.
7. KiwiSaver Growth Strategy Fund | $17,5m | new money
A New Zealand retirement fund has invested five percent of its assets into bitcoin. Operated by wealth management firm New Zealand Funds Management, the KiwiSaver Growth Strategy Fund had $350m under management as of December.
8. Cryptonovae| undisclosed sum| private investors| private round
Cryptonovae trading platform sold 28,500,000 $YAE tokens to a private investors. The project will host IDO on Duckstarter.
9. Cosmos | $20m| Tendermint| project support
Tendermint launches $20m Venture Fund to boost development across Cosmos. The company says the Tendermint Ventures fund, denominated in ATOM and IRIS tokens, will be the largest in the Cosmos ecosystem.

Liquity has raised $6m In Series A funding led by Pantera Capital with follow on investments from Nima Capital, Alameda Research, Greenfield.one, IOSG, AngelDAO, and others.
11. Tokocrypto | $7.5m | tokensale
Tokocrypto crypto exchange is powered by Binance Cloud. The project will hold a token sale on Binance Launchpad, round capitalization is $7.5m.

The Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS) has raised $660k from True Ventures, Binance Labs, “Mysterio”, IOSG, Bixin, Bitscale, LD Capital, BR Capital, M6, LinkPad VC and more.
13. HORD | $1m | DAO Maker, LD Capital and others| seed
HORD auto-tracking and portfolio strategy service raised $1m from lead investors DAO Maker and LD Capital with the participation of Gate.io, Blue Bridge Financial, AU21 Capital, Candaq and others (more than 70 participants).
14. Lukka | $53m | Soros Fund Management, S&P Global and CPA.com| series D round
Cryptocurrency data provider Lukka raised $53m from Soros Fund Management, S&P Global and CPA.com. As a reminder, in December 2020, the project has already raised $15m.
15. APWine | $1m | Delphi Ventures, The Spartan Group, DeFi Alliance and others| seed
The APWine Yield Tokenization Protocol has raised $1m from Delphi Ventures, The Spartan Group, DeFi Alliance, Decentralab, Rarestone Capital, Spincrypto Capital, Ternary Capital, Harvest Finance, Jarvis Network, and private investors.
16. Wealth Capital | $2m | new fund
Wealth Capital is a venture fund that aims to invest in innovative Crypto startups. Team will be investing around $2m over the year.
17. ORAO | $1m | tokensale
ORAO Network (ORAO) hold a public sale round on DAO Maker and Gate. $875k worth of ORAO was available for sale on DAO Maker till March 25th. 1k DAO was required to be staked in order to participate in this sale. $125K worth of ORAO is available on Gate as proportional sale till March 24. Users were required to lock 20k DAO for a 15d period in order to participate. Both rounds have the following release schedule: 15% at the TGE and 15% per month and 10% the last month. ORAO Network aims to build a data-agnostic cross-chain oracle on Polkadot.

Gemini exchange is opening Gemini Frontier Fund, a strategic venture fund focused on investing in early-stage crypto projects and startups.
19. OriginTrail | Greg Kidd |investment
Greg Kidd, an early investor in Twitter, Square, Coinbase, Filecoin and other successful projects, has invested in OriginTrail (TRAC tokens), a product supply chain tracking project.
20. FTX | $135m |naming rights deal
Major cryptocurrency exchange FTX has reached a naming rights deal for a sports arena in Florina’s Miami-Dade County, the Miami Herald reports. For a cool $135m, it will able to rename American Airlines Arena to the FTX Arena for the next 19 years, a first for any cryptocurrency business in the U.S.
21. Robinhood |IPO
Robinhood has confidentially filed for an IPO, as revealed by a draft filing submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The IPO will take place once the filing receives the SEC’s approval. Though, the firm notes that the number of shares on offer and the price range has not been decided.

The Stratis decentralised DeFi Fund will be released next week.
23. Blockchain.com | $300m | DST Global, Lightspeed Venture Partners and VY Capital| series C round
Blockchain.com raised $300m from lead investor DST Global with the participation of Lightspeed Venture Partners and VY Capital. Now, Blockchain.com is touting a post-money valuation of $5.2B.
24. Lolli | $5m | Seven Seven Six, Serena Ventures, Night Media and others| series A round
Bitcoin rewards provider Lolli has raised $5m in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Seven Seven Six — the venture capital fund founded by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, with participation from Serena Ventures — founded by Ohanian’s wife and professional tennis player Serena Williams, and multimedia talent management company Night Media. Several social media influencers, including Casey Neistat, Cody Ko, Noel Miller, and Phil Defranco, also participated in the round.
25. Equa | $2.3m | Horizen Labs | private round
Equa raised $2.3m in a private investment round, which included contributions from enterprise blockchain technology provider Horizen Labs, to support its mission of providing company founders and investors a frictionless, single-source solution for governance and equity management. Equa investors benefit from an easy-to-use, compliant, and secure platform that facilitates seamless anti-money laundering and accreditation, through integration with CoinBase-backed TokenSoft, and instant visibility and access to distributed equity.
26. Fenbushi Capital | $23m | Fenbushi Capital, Protocol Labs, 1475 and others | new fund
Fenbushi Capital сloses a $23m funding round for Its Filecoin Ecosystem Fund. Investors include Fenbushi Capital itself, as well as Protocol Labs, 1475, ST Cloud, IPFSUnion, KeyPool, Bigger Capital, Bitrise Capital, FBG, Coinsummer, SNZ, Neo Eco Fund, Bitmart, WhaleEx, Math Wallet and private investors.
27. Temasek | BTC purchase
Temasek, a Singapore sovereign wealth fund with over $306B portfolios has been buying Bitcoin from miners, revealed Global Macro Investor Raoul Pal during a recent podcast appearance. Pal also claimed that governments have been enquiring about buying Bitcoin as well.

Sardine is a new startup that provides fraud protection services to fintech clients. The firm launched out of stealth today with a $4.6m seed funding round. Seed funding round was led by XYZ Ventures, and includes participation from Coinbase Ventures, 11.2 Capital, and Village Global; Sardine incubated at Sweat Equity Ventures. The round also includes more than 25 angel investors

Alpaca NFT-backed index fund is launched on NFTX. Also there is liquidity mining program.
30. Zeitgeist | $1.5m | D1 Ventures, Genblock Capital, AU21 Capital and others| seed
Zeitgeist, the company developing a prediction market platform launching exclusively on the Kusama network, announced the completion of a $1.5m seed round. Included in the round were D1 Ventures, Genblock Capital, AU21 Capital, Digital Renaissance, A195 Capital, Four Seasons Ventures, Brilliance Ventures, BlockSync Ventures, co-founders of Acala, and an individual from Web3 Foundation.
31. New York Times| $560k | NFT
An auction for a non-fungible token tied to a New York Times column has sold for 350 ETH — an amount worth nearly $560k at current prices.
32. Avanti | $37m | Trace Mayer, Marcel Kasumovich, Rob Kauffman and others| series A round
Avanti is moving closer to its goal of launching a digital bank as it finalized a $37m Series A financing round. Series A shareholders include the who’s who of institutional investors, cryptocurrency companies and family offices, as well as multiple Avanti executives and directors: Trace Mayer, Marcel Kasumovich, Rob Kauffman of Aldel Capital, Tim Keefe, Lawrence Lepard, Eric Ly and others. 34. JGN | $100m| Binance Smart Chain (BSC)| project support
Juggernaut (JGN), the complete custom DeFi synthetics suite, governance, and NFT marketplace has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from the $100m fund set up to empower projects building on top of Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
35. Australian government | $6m | grant
Australian government offers $6m in grants to innovative blockchain teams. Up to $3m each in funding to blockchain projects targeting supply chain tracking in the minerals industry and tax tracking in the food and beverage sector.
36. OpenOcean | undiscloused sum | Altonomy, LD Capital, AU21 and others| private round
DeFi aggregator across multiple blockchains, OpenOcean, has announced the completion of yet another round of funding. Investors include Altonomy, LD Capital, AU21, FBG, DAO Maker, TRON Foundation, Asymmetries Technologies, LIAN Group, MarketAcross, Multicoin Capital, CMS, Kenetic, Binance and private investors.

Hack.bg, a distributed ledger technology (DLT) development and consulting company, has been selected as a recipient of a blockchain integration grant for the native integration of Chainlink into the Terra Protocol. The grant will support smart contract developers building decentralized applications within the Terra ecosystem by providing a secure source of external connectivity to power a wide array of use cases including DeFi, tokenized assets, gaming, IoT, and more. In particular, the launch of Chainlink Price Feeds on Terra will provide leading DeFi protocols like Mirror with the ability to tap into high-quality financial market data on various cryptocurrencies, equities, commodities, and more.

IUCN has teamed up with Gaiachain to develop FLRchain — a blockchain-based application to follow forest landscape restoration implementation through a verifiable ledger system that traces transactions from funding source to farmer. Teams got grant from Algorand Foundation.

Analytical service Chainalysis raised $100m from lead investor Paradigm with participation of Addition, Ribbit Capital and TIME Ventures. The company’s valuation above $2b.
41. Cellframe | $10m | Ethereum, Polkadot, Fantom, Solana and Cosmos ecosystems| new fund
Cellframe creates a $10m fund — Cellframe Ecosystem Fund, crypto will be invested in projects from Ethereum, Polkadot, Fantom, Solana and Cosmos ecosystems.
42. Dragonfly | $225m | new fund
Dragonfly is betting big on the next generation of global crypto entrepreneurs. The digital asset research firm is launching their second venture capital fund with $225m. Fund II will invest in international decentralized technologies
43. Recur | $5m | DeFi Alliance, Delphi Digital and others| seed
NFT platform Recur announced a $5m seed round led by the DeFi Alliance, Delphi Digital, Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin, and Gemini, among others. Recur’s key innovation will be a ERC token standard that will allow royalties to function regardless of platform.

The round was led by Republic Labs, with other participants including Woodstock Fund, JRR Capital, Ledger Prime, G1 Ventures, ZB exchange, and Gate.io exchange.

ACDX is thrilled to announce the launch of AC Ventures, a new initiative to actively invest in early and later stage blockchain and cryptocurrency startups. Based in Seychelles, AC Ventures supports blockchain startups and accelerates the development of a larger blockchain ecosystem.

Purestake blockchain developers successfully completed $6m the strategic funding round for its main project, Moonbeam Network. This round was led by CoinFund and also included the participation of Binance Labs, ParaFi, Coinbase Ventures, Fenbushi Capital and IOSG Ventures.
50. Dapper Labs | $305m | Coatue, a16z ,Chernin Group and others| strategy round
Dapper Labs (NBA Top Shot developers) raised $305m from lead investor Coatue with the participation of Andreessen Horowitz (a16z crypto), the Chernin Group, Union Square Ventures, Venrock and well-known private investors (interestingly, Michael Jordan is among them).
51. SuperRare | $9m | Velvet Sea Ventures, 1confirmation and others| series A round
Crypto artwork marketplace SuperRare raised $9m in a star-studded Series A funding round that includes prominent investors and celebrities alike. Velvet Sea Ventures and crypto fund 1confirmation led the funding round, although it’s names like billionaire investor Mark Cuban, tech giant Samsung’s SamsungNext investment fund, and Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary’s Sound Ventures that really turn heads. Salesforce founder and CEO Marc Benioff, AngelList co-founder Naval Ravikant, and Social Capital CEO Chamath Palihapitiya are other major backers that participated in the round.
52. Kattana | $1.3m | Morningstar Ventures, Spark Digital Capital and others| private round
Cryptocurrency terminal Kattana announced the closure of a strategic investment round of $1.3m. The round was led by Morningstar Ventures and Spark Digital Capital, with participation from ZBS Capital, Black Edge Capital, Moonrock Capital, DFG and Ascensive Assets. The project will host IDO at Polkastarter on April 9th.
