4. Tahinis Restaurants | reserves go in crypto

Vietnamese cryptocurrency exchange VCC Exchange received $1.5m in a strategic funding round from 100x Ventures (investment structure of BitMex exchange). The funds will be used to popularize the exchange in the region.

8. OIN Finance| seed

Another DeFi project was funded by a group of foundations and private investors. The name is OIN Finance, with a full suite of DeFi products. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Investors include FBG Capital, CM$ Prime, Signum Capital, Alameda Research, FTX, Blockwater Capital, Ruby Capital, MoonWhale Ventures and several private investors.

9. BlockFi| $50m | group of investors| series C round

BlockFi raised $50m in series C round from investors from the previous round and new investors. Valar Ventures, CMT Digital, Castle Island Ventures, Winklevoss Capital, SCB 10X, Avon Ventures, Purple Arch Ventures, Kenetic Capital, HashKey, Michael Antonov, NBA player Matthew Dellavedova and two university funds are now on board. The project offers deposits in cryptocurrency, loans secured by cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency exchange.
