2. Enjin | $18.9m | Crypto.com Capital, DFG Group and others| private round
Enjin has raised $18.9m to build a Polkadot-based blockchain network, dubbed Efinity, with a focus on non-fungible tokens or NFTs. Crypto.com Capital, DFG Group, and Hashed Ventures led the funding round, with participation from BlockTower, Blockchain.com Ventures, Fenbushi Capital, Arrington XRP Capital, and several others.

Element Finance, a dual token fixed income protocol, raised $4.4m from lead investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z crypto) and Placeholder with participation from SV Angel, A. Capital, Scalar Capital, and Robot Ventures.

BlackRock held $6.5m in CME bitcoin futures earlier this year with an appreciation of $360,000, new SEC filings show.

Yellow Road, an IDO platform on Binance Smart Chain, raised $500k from Genesis Block, AU21, Momentum 6, Phoenix VC, Hybrid Ventures, Titans Ventures, Blocksync ventures and SMO capital.
12. Raze Network | $2.2m | OKEx Block Dream Fund, AU21 Capital, Master Ventures and others| funding rounds
Raze Network, the first Polkadot-based cross-chain privacy protocol announced its initial DEX offering on Bounce, Poolz and DuckStarter (April 12–13). This will be followed by a public distribution sale on Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool. Trustless decentralized privacy protocol Raze Network successfully raised $2.2m in its seed and private funding rounds. The seed and private funding rounds had participation from prominent blockchain and crypto VC firms including OKEx Block Dream Fund, AU21 Capital, Master Ventures, CMS Holdings, X21, PNYX Ventures, Moonwhale Ventures, Tenzor Capital, Signum Capital, Spark Ventures and others.
13. Egoras | $1.3m | Exnetwork Capital, Blackdragon and others| private round
Egoras microfinance protocol has closed a private funding round, raising $1.3m. The funding was led by Exnetwork Capital and Blackdragon. Other major investors include Three M Capital, Launchpool, Spikefast, QuiverX Capital and Infinity Gainz.

Alium.Finance, DeFi and NFT ecosystem with AMM across multiple networks, raised $2.2m from Jun Capital, Exnetwork Capital, Consensus Labs, BlockUnify, Cryptomeria Capital, Nova Club and private investors.
15. Coin98 Finance | $4m | Alameda Research| strategy round
Alameda Research, the leading quantitative crypto trading firm behind the top derivatives exchange FTX, has invested $4m in Coin98 Finance. Coin98 Finance, which is the DeFi arm of Coin98, has been building products including Coin98 Wallet, crypto’s first cross-chain browser and mobile wallet that has been able to see significant adoption in Asia.
16. ImToken | $30m | Qiming Venture Partners, IDG Capital, HashKey and others|series B round
ImToken, the blockchain tech startup and crypto wallet developer, announced today it has raised $30m in Series B funding led by Qiming Venture Partners. Participants included returning investor IDG Capital, and new backers Breyer Capital, HashKey, Signum Capital, Longling Capital, SNZ and Liang Xinjun, the co-founder of Fosun International.

Fintech start-up Zignaly, the crypto industry’s leading emerging social investment platform, is pleased to announce its $3m private sale round. The round is led by Parataxis Capital, an industry leading multi strategy investment firm. Ember Fund, a trading app that aims to convert your phone into a crypto hedge fund, has raised a $5.3m seed round. Ember Fund’s seed round was led by Richard Jun of BAM.VC, with participation from Anthos Capital, Uncorrelated Ventures and Calm Ventures.
19. Numerai | $5m | Pantera Capital | strategy round
Numerai, a hedge fund that analyzes large amounts of data with the help of third-party data scientists, has raised $5m from Pantera Capital.
20. BlockSwap Network | $2.5m |ZeePrime Capital and Algorand EU Accelerator| private round
BlockSwap Network is a platform that addresses fixed income products based on decentralized financial protocols. The project raised $2.5m from ZeePrime Capital and Algorand EU Accelerator.

Digital Reserve Currency has announced that Simoleon, a hedge fund that specializes in cryptocurrencies and blockchain-related assets (AUM $700m), has invested an undisclosed amount in Digital Reserve Currency (DRC).

LatticeX Foundation announced a $200m Grants program, offering funding and great support to all projects focusing on the privacy-preserving computation and LatticeX system.
23. Borderless Capital | $10m | new fund
Borderless Capital launches a $10m aNFT.fund to build an NFT ecosystem on the Algorand blockchain.
24. Sound Ventures | $1m | competition
Sound Ventures, a venture capital fund comprising celebrities, musicians and a billionaire, is offering at least $1m for the “most innovative” idea for a nonfungible token.
25. TON Labs | $6m | Runa Capital and RTP Global| private round
TON Labs raises $6m in support of Free TON blockchain. The investment round was led by Runa Capital and RTP Global.
26. CI Global Asset Management | new fund
CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) is bringing the first Bitcoin mutual fund to the Canadian marketplace, giving investors another convenient way to access one of the biggest players in the digital assets sector.
27. COTI Network | undiscloused sum | cFund | strategy round
cFund, the VC foundation backed by InputOutput HK, reveals the name of its first fund recipient. COTI Network, a DAG-based new-gen payments startup, will be the first blockchain project to receive cFund’s support.
28. UNICEF | $1m | charity
UNICEF, or the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, has accepted what it is calling its “first institutional Bitcoin donation” from Huobi Charity Limited, a sister organization to crypto exchange Huobi Global. The firm will donate a total of $1m between Bitcoin and fiat money.

Crypto accounting platform Cryptio has raised $1.2m in a seed funding round led by Draper Associates. Other participants in the round included ConsenSys Ventures, Outlier Ventures, and Aave founder Stani Kulechov, among others.

Madrid-based cryptocurrency trading terminal Atani has raked in $6.25m in a seed funding round. The round was backed by JME Ventures, Encomenda Smart Capital, Conexo Ventures, and other participants.

ChainSwap is a cross-chain asset bridge & application hub for smart chains. ChainSwap allows projects to seamlessly bridge between ETH, BSC and HECO. Project has closed a $3m strategic funding round with participation from Alameda Research, Block Dream Fund (OKEx), NGC Ventures, Spark Digital Capital, Metaconstant Ventures, CMS Holdings, Rarestone Captial, Monday Capital, Continue Capital, SRC Capital, DAO Ventures, Mask network, and Particle.

As of April 5, Grayscale funds had $46.1B under management in crypto. Interestingly, there is now a product for the Filecoin cryptocurrency.

Freelance platform on smart contracts WorkQuest raised $1.16m from Prometeus Labs, Black Dragon, Trust Dao Capital, Chain Ridge Capital, Kyros Ventures, Magnus Capital, Titans Ventures, Matrix Ventures. On April 5, IDO took place on ZeroSwap.

Trustworks Global, a social app with NFT, has raised investment from mih.vc and Decrypted Solutions.
36. NFT Investments | $12m | IPO
NFT Investments, their firm that invests solely in NFTs, is planning an IPO this year on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London. NFT Investments would raise over $12m before expenses by placing 200 million shares at 5 pence each, and the stock is expected to start trading later this month.

Tezos Foundation has officially invested in the LA-based early-stage blockchain fund Draper Goren Holm. It would help Draper Goren Holm incubate and accelerate startups built on the Tezos blockchain. The investment is a piece of a bigger $25m raised by Draper Goren Holm to invest in fintech and blockchain startups around the world.

42. Justin Sun | NFT
Justin Sun, founder of TRON and CEO of BitTorrent, has won the bid for Picasso’s “Femme nue couchée au collier” and Andy Warhol’s “Three self portraits” at the hammer price of $20m & $2m respectively at the 20th Century Art evening auctions at Christie’s in London. In a recent open letter to the community Justin announced his commitment to build a bridge between the traditional and digital art worlds by establishing the JUST NFT Fund. These will be amongst the first works of traditional art ever to be tokenized, and will be launched on the JUST NFT Fund in the weeks to come.

PAID Network has announced receiving investment from Binance’s DeFi Accelerator Fund, just weeks after it was hacked.
46. Blockcap | $75m | mining
Blockcap, one of North America’s fastest-growing Bitcoin (BTC) mining companies, has secured sizable investments from some of crypto’s biggest names, setting the stage for significant expansion in the year ahead. Off The Chain Capital and Foundry Digital, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, contributed around $75m to Blockcap.

Kianite has successfully raised $1.5m in seed and private rounds. The fundraising was lead by Spark Digital Capital, followed by other investors, including x21, Hillrise Capital, PrivCode Capital (MXC), Block Dream Fund (OKEx), Candaq, Magnus Capital, Oasis Capital, Titans Ventures and many other strategic backers. Kianite develops community governed crypto exchange traded indexes.
